HFC announces the recent closing of the construction loan financing for Winchester House Assisted Living Home located in Mills River, North Carolina. This senior retirement facility will contain 55 units consisting of 47 private units and 8 semi- private units. Its opening is scheduled for March 2018.
The project will be developed by Directed Capital and will be managed by Affinity Living Group. HFC arranged the financing, negotiated loan terms, and assisted with settlement.
