HFC congratulates Hampton Manor on the closing of a $2,100,000 increase on their existing $10MM construction loan for their Assisted Living Facility located in Williamsburg, VA. This 87-unit Facility will have 30 units dedicated to Memory Care. The Community will open in the first quarter of 2024.
HFC negotiated the increase needed to cover additional construction costs and interest.
